Contact Us About a Roof in Phoenix, AZ
Have a roof question in Phoenix, AZ, or want a worn or storm-hit roof looked at? The form on this page is how to reach us. Questions on permits, prices and warning signs are welcome, and so are requests for a roofer's visit.
Ask a Question
A short note helps. Tell us your city, roughly how old the roof is, whether it's tile, shingles or a flat roof, and what you've noticed, such as a ceiling stain or tiles in the yard. Mention whether the house sits inside Phoenix city limits or in Glendale, AZ, Peoria, AZ, Avondale, AZ, Surprise, AZ or Goodyear, AZ, since each city has its own permit office.
We read every note and reply to what we can. Want someone on the roof? We arrange it, and the local roofing pro who comes out handles the inspection and the written estimate. Pricing, contracts and roof work all sit with that roofer. A message costs you nothing.
Some questions are better sent to a public office:
- Checking a roofer's license. The Registrar of Contractors' Contractor Search shows whether an R-42 or CR-42 license is active.
- A complaint about a contractor. The ROC takes complaints; its website explains how to file one.
- A City of Phoenix permit question. The Planning & Development Department, Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington Street.
- An insurance question. Your insurer, or the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.
- Possible consumer fraud. The Arizona Attorney General's consumer protection office.
How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
