Details you type in. Our request form asks for your name, a way to reach you, your street address and town, and a few words about the roof. You decide how much to share. We have no use for Social Security numbers, card or bank details, health facts or other sensitive data, so please keep them out of the notes box.

Details gathered by the website itself. Like most sites, ours may log plain visit data, such as your browser type, the pages you opened and the page that brought you here. We read these numbers to learn which pages help homeowners and which need work.

Who receives your request. What you type in the form is sent to one independent local roofing company, and to nobody else. That company uses them to reach you about a roof visit and a written estimate. We never sell personal data, never rent it out and never send one request to a list of roofers.

How long we hold it. Each request sits with our hosting provider only so it can be passed along to the roofer. It is erased automatically 90 days after it arrives.

After the roofer has it. The roofing company handles your details under its own privacy practices, which we do not run. Ask the company directly how it keeps customer records.

No phone or email listed. We publish no phone number and no email address. To ask for a copy of what we hold, a fix or an early deletion, write to us through the contact page.

Children. These pages are written for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect anything from people under 18.

Updates. If this policy changes, we post the new version here and change the date above.
